To access the mobile internet via your cell phone you may first have to:

Contact your service provider to establish whether you have a WAP/GPRS enabled handset.
Your service provider will also have to activate WAP/GPRS on your cell phone account.
Your service provider will also provide you with certain settings on your phone to enable your handset to access ‘mobile internet’.
